Shipping Locations
We are working on expanding the availability of Bee Wild Outside as quickly as possible. Currently, we only deliver to the United States. Please note that shipping outside the continental US may incur an additional fee. If you can’t wait until we set up shipping to your location, please get in touch with us at hello@beewildoutside.com and ask. You never know!
Turnaround Times
Our mission is to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped promptly. Sometimes this may take up to 4 business days.
We will make every effort to ensure you receive your package promptly, but we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete shipping address information.
If you have any shipping-related issues, contact support@beewildoutside.com, and we'll do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Tracking Numbers
Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email. Please allow 1-3 business days for the shipping company to activate/update your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within three business days, please contact support@beewildoutside.com with your name, email, and order number.
